How We Work

Our approach to working with you has four key strands:



We take time to discuss your business in detail in order to really understand it. Whilst we have deep experience of the hospitality sector, we fully appreciate that every business is different and faces different financial management challenges. In order to deliver the right solutions for you, it is vital that we take the time to really get to know your business, your key people, your current ways of working and your future objectives. We do this at our cost and at our risk because this level of engagement is what enables us to configure appropriate, tailor-made solutions that really work for you.



Once we properly understand your business, we can design a package of services that will deliver against your needs and objectives. Whilst we do have various standard accountancy package options available (see Services), these typically serve as a start point for customisation, resulting in a bespoke package of services that is specifically designed to meet the particular needs, priorities and objectives of your business.



We pride ourselves on delivering everything that we promise with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. We do that by implementing a clear set of tried and tested processes that include:

Importantly, we don’t think the job is done once you are up and running. We know continual monitoring and refinement is always needed and so we regularly review how well the service is working for you. A formal review is typically done on a quarterly basis but it can be more of less often as best suits your business and the complexity of the work we are undertaking for you.
